Data warehouse - the data
It is used to describe the process of storing all the company's data in internal or external databases from various sources with the focus on analysis, and generating actionable insights through online BI tools.
Essentially combines information from several sources into one comprehensive database.
Example
In the business world, a data warehouse might incorporate customer information from a company's point-of-sale systems (the cash registers), its website, its mailing lists and its comment cards. Alternatively, it might incorporate all the information about employees, including time cards, demographic data, salary information, etc.
Executive information systems - our systems (pc)
An executive information system (EIS) is a decision support system (DSS) used to assist senior executives in the decision-making process. It does this by providing easy access to important data needed to achieve strategic goals in an organization. An EIS normally features graphical displays on an easy-to-use interface. Executive information systems can be used in many different types of organizations to monitor enterprise performance as well as to identify opportunities and problems.
